Fast Forward

The solution for this puzzle can be used for the next puzzle, Tulgey Wood.
The White Rabbit just can’t seem to keep track of time. The Cheshire Cat recently gave him a map of sorts that seems to have some sort of special secret, but unfortunately, it has far too many numbers for his liking. It’s up to you to decipher it.
A: It is raining at midnight -- will we have sunny weather in 72 hours?

B: Did the real-life inspiration for the story, Alice Liddell, eventually marry Prince Leopold, the son of Queen Victoria?

C: What are the endpoints of the straight lines you can use to divide the watch face such that the sums of the numbers in each part are equal?

D: Does the Hatter's watch in 'Alice's Adventures in Wonderland' tell the hour or day of the month?

E: Was the Cheshire Cat at the trial of the Knave of Hearts?

F: As I traveled around Wonderland, I found myself in a place where the temperature goes up sharply in the day and down at night. This had an effect on my watch. I noticed it was 1/2 minute fast at nightfall, but at dawn it had lost 1/3 minute, making it only 1/6 minute fast. One morning—May 1—my watch showed the right time. By what date was it 5 minutes fast?

G: Does the Queen of Hearts actually execute anyone in the first book (Wonderland)?

H: An alarm clock runs 4 minutes slow every hour. It was set right 3 1/2 hours ago. Now another clock, which is correct, shows noon. In how many minutes, to the nearest minute, will the alarm clock show noon?

I: Does the Duchess's baby eventually turn into a kitten while Alice is holding it?
